The CL19PKCWB740 combines a full-length refrigerated base with a top chilled bain-marie under a glass guard, so you can store bulk ingredients below and keep frequently used items cold and within easy reach on the rail. Separate refrigeration circuits (0.4 kW base + 0.2 kW rail) on 220 V power deliver stable 2–8 °C performance. A wide 2025 mm stainless worktop provides generous prep space, while the rail accepts nine GN 1/3 pans for fast service. Ideal for high-throughput salad, sandwich, and pizza operations.
